Discovery & Requirements
Structured research, stakeholder interviews and literature analysis — turning fuzzy needs into a clear problem statement and user stories.
Research-drivenProject Owner · AI Solutions. I turn complex questions into clear requirements, evidence-based priorities and solutions people actually adopt — bridging users, domain experts and tech teams.

Research-drivenData collection and statistical analysis in R and SPSS. I make decisions measurable and back priorities with evidence, not opinion.
RStudio · SPSSA political-science lens on governance, fairness and societal impact — asking who is affected and how a solution holds up in the real world.
Policy analysisMultilingual, intercultural and calm under complexity. I keep users, experts and engineers aligned — in five languages.
DE · TA · EN · FR · ESRigorous documentation of results and decisions, structured follow-up and reliable delivery — explicitly praised in my reference letter.
Organised · ReliableYears of mentoring and teaching taught me how people learn. I design onboarding and training that make new tools stick.
Change & learningEvery project follows the loop an AI product needs: frame the question, gather the data, test the assumption, communicate the insight.
Are far-right voters different? Linking value orientations to electoral choice with quantitative survey analysis.
How language programmes shape integration outcomes — a policy-evaluation question with direct real-world impact.

I'm a political scientist who cares about one thing in every project: that the solution works for the people it's built for.
At the University of Zurich I specialise in Swiss politics and comparative analysis. Alongside my studies I've spent five years as a research assistant — researching, analysing data and documenting results — and several years mentoring children and families in education programmes.
That mix is exactly what AI projects need from a Project Owner: rigorous problem framing, evidence-based prioritisation, clear communication across disciplines, and a strong sense for how technology lands in society, schools and public institutions.
Understand the problem before the model. Who are the users, what is the real need, and what does success look like?
Translate insights into a clear vision, user stories and measurable outcomes — then prioritise the backlog by value and evidence.
Iterate with the team, document decisions, test with real users and enable people to use the solution confidently.
Trained in research design and statistics. I question assumptions, look at the data and make trade-offs transparent.
Background in education and mentoring — I think about the end user first and design for real adoption, not demos.
Multilingual and intercultural. I translate between users, domain experts, management and engineering teams.
Self-organised, structured and conscientious — qualities confirmed by supervisors in my reference letter.
Project Owner, Product Owner or AI project coordination roles — teams building AI solutions where understanding users and impact matters as much as the technology.
I'm not a software engineer — and that's the point of the role. I work confidently with data (R, SPSS) and I'm the person who makes sure engineers build the right thing for the right people.
Yes — I'm keen to join hackathon teams as the product / project owner: framing the challenge, talking to users, prioritising the scope that fits the time box and pitching the result.
AI is reshaping public services, education and politics — exactly the fields I study. I want to help build solutions that are useful, fair and trusted.
